Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  1. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier partners and/or India Speed Post, depending on the serviceability of your location.
  2. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 0–7 business days from the date of successful payment or as per the delivery timeline communicated during order confirmation.
  3. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the operational norms of the courier company or postal service.
  4. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Sacred Needs cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, weather conditions, natural calamities, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  5. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the selected courier or postal service within the committed dispatch timeline.
  6. All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.
  7. Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details via your registered email address and/or WhatsApp.

International Shipping

We are pleased to deliver Sacred Needs products to customers around the world through reliable international courier partners.

Placing an International Order

Customers placing orders from outside India will be required to confirm the following declaration during checkout:

"I understand that international shipping charges will be calculated after placing the order and will be communicated via WhatsApp."

Please note that international shipping charges are not calculated or collected during website checkout.
