Returns
We have a 7-days return policy, which strictly means you have a maximum of 7 days after receiving the delivery of item to raise a request return with us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is approved, Within INDIA, Please note that returns will be picked up from the delivery address only or you will have to send it to the following address: Plot #1, Masilamani Nagar, Madhavaram - Red hills High Road, Madhavaram, Chennai, TN, 600060, India., if our courier partner is unserviceable.
Outside INDIA, you will have to send it to the following address: Plot #1, Masilamani Nagar, Madhavaram - Red hills High Road, Madhavaram, Chennai, TN, 600060, India.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
All items under the consumables category can be returned only if you have received a wrong item. Items of All other categories can be returned, except the ones which are personalized as per your requirements.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be
automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please feel free to remind us if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return on accounts@sacredneeds.com
